Requirement
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the agricultural industry.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural products, farming practices, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
REsponsibility
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable agricultural products and solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
